Our core team is made up of funeral directors, funeral operatives, family support staff, chauffeurs and bearers, all of whom are trained to high industry standards set by the National Association of Funeral Directors.

With many years of experience within the funeral industry Gareth recognises that families need professional guidance with an empathetic approach. It is with this in mind that Gareth has set customer service levels at his extremely high expectations and truly has embedded his personal values within the business ethos.

Francesca is responsible for all internal and external communications and ensuring that our core values, customer focus and role as a community-aligned business are embedded in everything that we do.
Claire Robertson
Operations Manager
Claire is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business: from customer care and quality standards to internal management of staff and suppliers.

Passionate about supporting families through their grief, and ensuring the send-off she arranges for their loved one is perfect in every way, Angela is now our Assistant Manager & Funeral Director.
Marc Thomas
Team Leader
Marc is responsible for the management of our operational hub, funeral fleet and the line management of our Funeral Operative team. Marc’s meticulous attention to detail means that our back of house operations effectively support the delivery of a streamlined service, The Coles Way.
